About the april 2026 retreat: Rest, Rebirth, and Rejuvenation
As a student of over ten global retreats, I know the importance of taking a pause from your day to day. Some of my clearest and most profound introspective moments have come from being on retreat. I want to provide that same safe & explorative space for you.
During your time at a cohere retreat or experience you’ll discover beautiful places, find rest, go inward, connect, share, nourish, exercise and discover. Join me and a community of magnetic, positive & like-minded people on this immersive tropical retreat.

7:30 - 8:30am: Coffee, Tea, Fruit & Yogurt
8:30 - 10am: Yoga Practice & Morning Meditation
10 - 11am: Breakfast
12 - 2pm: High Intensity Movement + Session
2:30 - 3:30pm: Lunch
5 - 7pm: Movement / Daily Activation or Free Time
7:30pm: Dinner
8:30 - 9pm Evening Meditation, Deep Stretch, Soundbath or Experience
pricing and room options [airfare not included]:
Pricing includes air conditioned lodging for 5 nights, airport transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta airport, welcome bag featuring some of your favorite wellness brands, 3 nourishing meals per day + snacks & coffee, 2+ movement practices a day, private boat excursion, free use of kayaks & snorkeling gear, professional photographs documenting your experience & daily evening activities [ice bath, beach dinner, bonfire, etc].

Early Bird Pricing per person: $2,300 USD | $500 non-refundable deposit due once registration is accepted.
STANDARD ROOM [4 ON PROPERTY] - 2 to 3 TWIN BEDS IN EACH
Early Bird Pricing per person if room is shared by 3 guests: $2,100 USD
Early Bird Pricing per person if room is shared by 2 guests: $3,150 USD
[If shared by 2 guests, please have a roommate secured by the time you register so you can reserve your room together. The default of these rooms will be 3 twin beds.]

traveling with someone?
If you are traveling with a friend, you can absolutely request to room together. Requests are taken seriously but cannot always be accommodated. Every room and penthouse has shared but private bathrooms & showers. In addition to in-room facilities, there are also many private bathrooms and showers near the yoga shala. In addition, you’ll find lounging spaces all over the property [for those who need extra time and space to recharge their social batteries, I can assure you that you’ll have what you need].
cancellation policy
All payments received are non-refundable. However, in the event you need to cancel and we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a refund minus a $500 administration fee.
